PI.EXCHANGE making accessible
AI for everyone

PI.EXCHANGE provides a host of services in the AI & Machine Learning space, with more features being developed all the time. They exist to service clients of all sizes, from university teams using AI & ML to interpret and predict patterns in research data, to multi-national corporations who use predictive algorithms to make predictions around risk factors and logistics.

PI.EXCHANGE's services were growing in number and complexity over the previous 3 months, which necessitated changes to their website, which hadn't been updated since their first round of funding. Current clients were missing out on choosing the right level for their needs, and the BDM and Sales team had expressed feedback that they were talking about features that prospects didn't know existed. Additionally, there was a need to demystify some of the jargon and technical terminology for entry-level users. WEFJBLwehfblkWEFB

After meeting with the Sales & Marketing teams, I had sketched out a list of the prospective leads and their demographics we wanted to target. I was able to refine the redesign into the following goals;

a) Needing more detail & clarity on the various features and tiers of service;

b) The ability to explain in plain-english the benefits of the platform, so that even entry-level users can understand the long-term value of the product, while more advanced users could still see the value in the engine's sophistication;

c) Easier comparisons of the fine-detail differences between plans and features.

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, traditional custodians of the land upon which I live and work. I pay my respects to elders past, present, and emerging, and acknowledge that this land was stolen and never ceded. A portion of my profits go towards Aboriginal charities as a small part of reparations. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
